Simpbooks is a free cloud accounting solution for small businesses. Entirely free to use if you don't mind having our one liner advertisement in your invoices, po, estimate debit notes and credit notes.

It is the world's first hybrid cloud accounting solution. We host the accounting solution on our servers but the data lives on your computers and laptops.

How does it work?

• When you need to record your accounting entries or create invoices, simply  upload your SLA  superlite accounting  file and record away.
• When you are done, log out the session and a copy of the updated  file will be downloaded back for safekeep offline away from hackers and spies.
• The SLA file can be emailed to your accountant and other stakeholders as it is a super small file.
• Only the original creator of the SLA file can edit the SLA file and all other will only have read and view only permission

Read View Only

• Simpbooks .SLA file can be emailed to your auditor / accountant for read only access. 
• The SLA file can be uploaded and will enter Read Only mode
• Only the original user (identified by Email) can activate the Editing mode*

* Should you wish to allow editing mode, you can also share your email, REGNO and last OTP received to allow other user to activate this mode.
