However, as with any new software, bugs and file corruption due to internet packet loss in transit may impact your data in the course of operation.

Our software is also hosted by 3rd party hosting companies that we have worked wih over the years to ensure reasonable uptime. 

By using our platform and cloud software , you indemnify Simpbooks of all liability resulting from  the use of our cloud accounting software be it the result of downtime, file corruption or other factors that are not withing our control.
